Welcome back Bill!

My best friend Bill got discharged from the hospital yesterday! I'm so glad to have him back! His recovery process is ongoing, so keep sending him your strength!

I took these photos this afternoon, where we spent the day in beautiful Central Park, breathing fresh, ninety-degree air. For me, it was all about the light...observing it, then becoming it.

Street Commerce and Life

These are recent photos of a start of a new photo project, "Street Commerce and Life in NYC". Not that I had a project in mind when I shot these, but it just came to me when I was in the 34th street area rushing on my way to catch the PATH train to New Jersey to see Tony. But certain things come, and they always will. For me it's an excercise in 'being in the moment', and being open to all the wondrous possibilities in life (and capturing some of the CRAZY hustle and bustle of the city!).

Dear Bill, GET WELL SOON!

My best friend Bill was admitted to the hospital over Memorial Day weekend. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't worried, but I'm being strong for him. Though I see Bill laid up in the hospital bed, I miss him terribIy...

Since Bill loves nature and is also a photographer, these photos are especially for him.

BILL! I'm sending all my strength and love to you and wishing you a speedy recovery!

I LOVE YOU!

Recent images- May 2007

Most of these images have been shot in the beautiful Southington, Conneticut. I was taken aback by the landscape, especially the train tracks that trace it's way through the sleepy town. Enjoy!

(Also remember to click to enlarge any image--and be sure to check the archives for more of my photography!)
